Buying Property on the Southeast Sicily Coast
A buyer's-only sourcing agent on the ground in southeast Sicily. We check every property before you see it, then negotiate for you, not the seller.
The setting
Why buyers look at the southeast Sicily coast
The southeast coast runs from Siracusa past Pozzallo to Donnalucata and beyond: long sandy beaches, small fishing harbours and seaside villages, with the Baroque towns of the interior never far behind.
Coastal homes vary a great deal in access, condition and setting, and photographs rarely tell the full story. We visit for you, give our honest view of each property, and negotiate as your agent, never the seller's.

FAQ
Questions Buyers Ask Us
Do you work for the seller?
No. Casa & Coast Sicily works for buyers only. We have no listings to push and no seller relationships to protect. We are paid by you, so our advice and our negotiation are on your side.
Can you find off-market property on the southeast Sicily coast?
Yes. Alongside the open market, we search through Luigia's local network of agents, notaries and landowners, which is how we hear about properties that never appear online.
Who handles the legal transfer?
The Italian notaio handles the legal transfer. We work alongside the notary and local professionals, helping you understand the questions to raise as your purchase progresses.
Do you come to viewings?
Yes. We accompany you to viewings, translate, ask the questions you might not know to ask, and give you our honest assessment of every property.
